Life coaching with Jessica
Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing that something needs to change. It's understanding what you actually want—and what's standing between you and it.
Coaching gives you the space to step outside the noise, explore what's beneath your choices and patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Meet Jessica
Jessica spent roughly two decades in professional roles, including work with Fortune 500 organizations such as The Walt Disney Company and Morgan Stanley. That background gave her an analytical, practical way of thinking about complex decisions.
Coaching lets her work with the other side of those decisions: the beliefs, values, identities, and patterns underneath them. She doesn't arrive with your answers. You are the expert on your own life; coaching helps you find and act on what's true for you.
Read Jessica's storyA distinctive specialty
Behind financial decisions are often stories about security, success, independence, family, responsibility, fear, and freedom. Money is not only about numbers. It is also about what those numbers mean to us.
This is coaching, not financial planning, investment management, tax advice, or accounting services.

The process
We start with a conversation about what is bringing you to coaching, and what you're hoping will be different.
Together we look at what matters to you, what's underneath the current challenge, and what you want to change.
Insight becomes choices: experiments, habits, boundaries, conversations, and practical next steps.
We reflect on what happened, adjust, and keep building from a deeper understanding of yourself.
If something here resonates, the next step is simple: a conversation about what's on your mind and whether coaching is the right fit.
